Seems cool,but I don't want to steal from anyone. Karma is a bitch. Kindda shady. Instead of trying to get free power why not make the space you have more efficient. Something like the pics below. This system you use 1 1000 watt bulb in a 360 clear reflector that hangs down the middle. Plus it's hydro or Aeroponic. Thats 400 plants in a 5x5 space and it will cost you 10x less money.
