I was tempted to sit down with my lawyer and see if I could determine specifically marijuana/marihuana laws in Canada.

As a grower I appreciate I am taking risk. I want to educate myself on my rights and what risk I am really taking.

Friends of mine in the industry have advised getting as close to medicinal marijuana as possible and by that they mean selling to a compassion club or something so in the event of a lawsuit you have some backing versus selling to 12 year olds.

Thoughts?
