I was just wondering if anyone knows a decent link to a site which contains information that determins the effectivness of medical marijuana and bipolar disorder. And i would prefer if its not a big worded long long essay/study written by a scientist. Like basically a dumbed down version that has just the facts in simple understandable terms.
