basically, all you need, is money,
a lot of money to start, reliable growers, wholesalers or yourself so that you constantly have product, and you have to go through all the legal procedures, gettin permits and shit...its the ultimate dream for most of us....I hope to own my own co-op or dispesary in 20 years lol
