Hello, I'm not posting this as a corrupt stoner.. not that there is anything wrong with that haha. But in my lifetime I've seen marijuana grow in use, and see it grow in my eyes and others as an natural thing. I used to live in Stockton which has a huge illicit cannabis market. And I'm making this post to ask what is required for me to grow cannabis for patients who really need it. Cultivation fascinates me, and I think I have the imagination and the brains to take it to the next level.

So do I have to be a patient to cultivate and provide clubs with my own cultivation? Or are there exceptions for growers?
