If there is a god i reckon that he's not perfect and was experimenting when creating life. So he created the dinosaurs to practise creating life. Why not create dinosaurs i bet god had fun looking at these big monsters fighting each other. I wouldnt mind watching a T rex and a stegosaurus going at it lol.

But in a scientist view, life evolves around its enviroment and grows to suit the enviroment it lives in. If the enviroment changes then life will evolve to.
