Here's another one using cheese:
4 T finely ground sensi buds (clean out all coarse twigs). Really pack that tablespoon.
2-3 T feta cheese crumbs
2-3 T olive oil
Mix all ingredients in a small microwave safe glass bowl. Add more feta or olive oil if the mix seems dry. Heat on medium high for 2 minutes. Watch closely to make sure it doesn't boil. When it starts to boil its done. Stir.
Mix feta/olive oil/sensi with about 1/3 cup hummus (make sure it has lots of fresh garlic and fresh oregano and basil). Serve with toasted pita wedges.
Depending on the person this is one serving or up to three.
