I'm always skeptical of an overuse of other, actual well-noted figures' words when advancing arguments. The fact that you must rely on them implies that your movement or cause has none.
"Similarly, the ALF has important similarities with some of the great freedom fighters of the past two centuries, and are akin to contemporary peace and justice movements in their quest to end bloodshed and violence toward life and to bring justice to all species." Haha, which 'freedom fighters'?
By the way, Peter Singer is lame.
