Question How do you use Molassas in a ebb and flow.

Can anyone help me use molassas in my ebb and flow system? I know hydro nutes have it and its good to make bigger buds. From what Ive read Iam going to add one tp per 5 gal (sound right?) Anyone know a good recipe for hidro? Thanks!
