well seeing as in CT lawmakers just declined a bill to only "Decriminalize" the use of marijuana, we are probably looking at about another 5 years before state lawmakers even try to introduce another bill to be passed. Do you know for one person to be locked up over a misdimeanor marijuana charge, it cost the american public over $30,000 a year to keep them in lockup?! thats a lot of our hard earned money! the war on drugs was a complete failure and will continue to be until marijuana is legalized! New York I've heard is working on passing the Medicinal marijuana Act and already breezed past the first part of the bill! If this is the case I will be moving there to obtain a script for a problem i have with bad anxiety! cant wait! Also Mass has just past a bill i believe last year that "Decriminalizes" marijuana so i'm sure more states on the eastcoast are going to be soon to follow!
