i take the side of the strawberries. if there a week or so from harvest you could spray with a pyrethrin/canola oil mix kills the mites and eggs but breaks down within 72 hours when exposed to light and is a natural extract from chysanthemum flowers. forgive me for my attempt at spelling again i have failed.
