I dunno. I live in a state where it will never be legal in any way shape or form. But I can carry a hunting rifle in my gunrack in my truck, (for the time being) and park my truck at my kid's school. Try that in Cali. I could also carry brass knuckles if I wanted to. And a lot of things known to the State of California to Cause Cancer are not neccesarily known by my state to cause Cancer. They are vague on purpose. I would not go sit on a street corner in Cali and begin making butane hash. That said, if the end product is a legal substance, what diff should it make if the process is not legal so long as you did it in private?
