All the charts and feeding schedules in the world aren't going to tell you with certainty what you should be feeding your plants. Hydroponics is a science, but it's not a pure math science. Life has a way of complicating everything.

The charts and schedules are a guide, a starting point. You've got to let your plants tell you what they want in hydroponics just as you do with any other growing method.

I use the online calculator for the Advanced Nutrients products I use but just as a starting point for determining what concentrations to use. I usually make a number of adjustments before I put it in my hydroponics.
