I have absolutely no evidence to back this up BUT in theory if you exercise a lot it should pass through your system faster.
Here's why I think this:
THC is fat soluble. When you smoke it is dissolved into your fat cells and as you slowly burn your fat cells it slowly passes through your system. If you exercise a lot then you'll burn your fat cells faster. So hopefully all the fat that is storing thc should be burned away sooner.
I don't know how long thc generally stores in fat nor do i know by how much exercising might speed this process up(if it does) but it's probably your best shot. Again this is only theory. I may be pulling this one out of my ass but it sounds plausible.
