First of all, thank you for your answers, I'm suffering a lot with all this.
Sammo, I've noticed the same thing: once I already had an attack, MJ seemed useless, and could it even worsen the pain.Maybe I should try it when I have prodromal symptoms(like aura).
What would be a relaxing strain, for example?I don't know, I'm new in this field.
backcountry, I'll try that too, once I have a good self production.
