Clones won't need a lot. One or two CFL's on 18/6 or 24/0 will work fine. Humidity chambers usually have little air circulation, too many lights will increase temperatures and cause faster evaporation, and promotes mold.

I used one 26 watt 6500k CFL for my 15 clones running on 24/0 and had 100% success.
