Default When to switch to flowring nutes? DWC Sunflower

Its been a few weeks now, my sunflowers stand about 2ft tall now and are growing more every day, leaning more away from leaf growth into vertical growth. When should I switch over to my bloom nutes in my DWC - anyone know? Thanks
