seems to me this is very similar to the process used back in the seventies,( BC, that is before crack) where you would use a coffee filter and acetone to wash the "cut" from coke for smoking, and the bubble bag process of making hash,.. if you combine these two process', and had access to a machine shop,.. it could be done by making a stainless steel tube with a fine maybe 200 micron mesh on one end and a screw on cap on the other with some sort of injection port and it could be pumped through with acetone and then evaporated
