well you could use "Cannabis: the
Mythical monster!" or "Cannabis: the modern day boogieman"
although if you wanted to keep the current tagline you could alter the desing(which i'm against because I like the current design) and add someone being put into a swat patty wagon by two guys in riot gear, somewhere in the background.
