Then you don't understand what this is, this is just for cooling the lights, not for filtering the room. There are three parts to your air handling system, this is not the one the carbon filter goes in.
You need to air cool hid lights separate from you intake and exhaust system. The fan for this system was less than $30.00, it would not be capable of pushing air through a carbon filter, it does a dandy job of cooling the lights. That room is 14' across and I have a 180 degree bend in the duct to block the light from shining outside. This takes the 'hot air' from the lights out of the room. VV
