no, pot is in no way legal without a letter of recommendation from a doctor from within Cali. Kind bud is not hard to find here, though. If medical, different counties have different limits in terms of possession and cultivation, check out canorml.org
for all of that. Example: Nor Cal is more accepting towards, yet has less demand for medical marijuana (bigger market is in SoCal, but its all produced up here.) click on my link in my sig if you want a card quick.
