The hemp fest is held at Gas Works Park on the Edge of lake Union. There are hundreds of people laying out on the Grass, Smoking Grass. There are venders, music, consession stands, And police walking around. The Cops know most everyone is smoking weed, and they can see it going on also. But they will not bust you unless you are being an IDIOT.
