No, I don't agree. 4' of height won't give you enough height. VV
Ditto to virtually everything Victor said. However, that last part depends on whether you start from seed or from clone. You can keep a plant under even 24" during full flowering if you start with a clone and a little TLC. If you start with a seed, there will be inevitable stretching (since the plant "instinctually" thinks it should have a long, wide 'trunk'). The main stem and the initial branches would stretch entirely too much. When trying for the end result, once you had differentiated branching (the time you could safely flower with a good yield), the plant would flower to a height so tall it would be too much for your stealth box.

I'm guessing you're starting from seed, so if that is the case, I would recommend you bring a few plants far enough along to see if they're female and could be a suitable mother. If so, only pull clones from this plant to the late flowering stage. You'll have a height that you can be more than happy with, prolific branching, and a good main cola.

And just so you know... All of this isn't necessary if unless you're taking a plant to late flowering. I say this because if you want to produce a mother first, you don't need all of that ventilation or stealth. The plant won't start really smelling until well into the flowering stage (i.e., after you're able to definitively determine the sex of the plant). So.. you could theoretically find a mother first, without too much hassle or stealth, and then take the clones you want and root them into stealth mode.

It's a much longer process, and requires more patience, but if you want to keep it under 4' when using a soil medium, then you almost must clone. This is all assuming you didn't buy a commercial strain that stays famously low. Then again, I've grown Top44 and it grew to almost 5 feet tall, even with extensive pruning. So, if you don't have the time to invest in all of this (growing a mother, quick-flowering to sex it, taking clones [within two weeks], rooting them, them letting them grow and flower), then do what VictorVicious says, because he's absolutely right. Go taller.
