Fill the 18 gal with dirt and go get a used 4oo or 6oo watt light over 2bins or 1ooow over 3bins each with 2 plants in each bin.Veg to 16 inches /flip Keepthe light on that shit for a lb {6oo/1k} or use the bin as a dwc res.
It will hardley be worth it if done with less than 4oow
The cfls are ok for veg but invest 175 in a 6oo w digital and have more meds for summer! Cheers
