Default need help w/ grow box design, using LED's

WHAT UP PEEPS !!!

This is my first attempt at indoor gardening. so there may be some stupid questions.

i am slowly purchasing different items in order to build my first (semi - stealth) grow box / cabinet.

On my first grow i plan on using 2 water farm bucket systems for 2 plants. I am building a grow box that is 3'w x 2'd 6'h, The reason i want to build a grow box is because i am using a 6'x 8'utility closet that has no outside ventilation to store th grow box in..(i want to keep it out of sight) . i want to include space for led lights, venting. etc. in the design for the grow box
.
There is also a hot water heater and central air unit in the closet i thought might affect the plant if the water farm was not inclosed. I also live in an extremely hot humid part of the world. average temp in summer is 91 deg

i am using Leds for lighting I already have 6 RB RB 66 mixed red and blue bulbMixed LED light bulbs - 5 Watts, 120 volts, 3 3/4" wide x 4 in. deep a piece

Do you LED experts think that is enough?

In looking for less expensive parts for my grow box i have found a bathroom ventilation fan that i would install in the grow box . Is it to big for this smaller space ? see pic below

iI am also using a 3" flex duct runn ng directly from my central air duct system in my home into the grow box. Is this to much air for this space?

I found this camp light in my garage and was wondering if it will be sufficient to start two small plants for my waterfarm hydro. system?

Is it the right size hallogen to mix w/the LEDs?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. i have pics of items in question

TIA
