PS, 0-5-10 is Lucas formula for veg and bloom under Flouros, 0-8-16 is for veg and bloom under HID's.

Lol, guys who work at Hydro shops are just trying to push products, most of them are college kids or low life 30 year olds making minimum wage. I would say less than 1% of hydro shop workers have actually grown plants. Most of their knowledge comes from reading labels when they are bored because no one has been in the store for a week besides some guy who is scrambling around buying thirty different products from 20 different companies.
