18 gallon rubbermaid setup

Okay I have a 18 gal rubbermaid 18.4 in x 23.4 in I've wired a bathroom light fixture to the lid 3 light sockets will b getting y adapters from hd which will take me to 6 bulb slots will b going with 5 23 watt daylight cfl's and 1 26 watt warm cfl inside of rubbermaid will b lined with foil sheets will b going with soil. What could b added to this setup to improve it also will flower at 1ft also have another rubbermaid if needed if plants outgrow first box can just cut and stack
