with the real broad leaves it seems to be indica or atleast indica dominant if it's a hybrid...
male or female, i don't know, cuz i don't think its shown its sex yet... check out the grow faq

don't pull off any vegetation that is green
in fact, don't take any leaves off that plant that aren't all yellow and dead (you'll be able to tell)
