if you go to Toronto. anyplace on Yonge st. at night is your best bet. crawling with nice shops, some sell wicked bongs n pipes and such. fake i.ds are advertised everywhere. theres a shop that has all sorts of hydro setups and lights sold. cant miss it, it has a big neon green pot leaf in the window. id. say that if you go around this place called the Eaton centre which kinda looks like time square NY, you'll prolly find ppl. 200 bucks an O is an average price. but i would suggest smoking anything you get before you cross and border. Another hotspot is in a place called the Tri-Cities.
