The answer is simple.... A man going from one country to another to become an insurgent doesn't make a conspiracy. While the movement of shaped charges with penetraters from Iran to Iraq is a conspiracy.
Maybe someone has proof of a Saudi conspiracy, but I have yet to hear of it.
Someone out there have facts to prove this?

Its not what you think but what you can prove.

I wander how the times talked the insurgents into being counted and say where they were from. I also wander how the times thought that they could and should be believed. It kind of makes it hard believe what the times prints to be facts.
