It's rhetorical because anyone who has been DEAD OR MISSING from planet Earth knows that Bushie jr. has seriously fucked us up. Look up the "ever so wise war in Iraq"' because apparently you havent heard of it! Also, he has the gall to OUTLAW the right to protest, it's a fucking constitutional right! Fuck him! What am I talking about? Google "President Bush outlaws protesting of Iraq war" and then tell me he should be treated as a good president. No!
