what you do i stell the doc you have back pain, then maybe see him another time and have him write a note saying he treats you for chronic pain, then the pot doc writes you the script, thats how i did it anyways, i had a kaiser doc recommend me pot for me, or recommend i go see a pot doc i should say, most docs will play along if you tell them what your trying to do
