If you are talking about the two little green things that pop up at every node, then no those are not pistils. Pistils will for anywhere from 4-8 weeks in veg, and they will be two very tiny white hairs coming out of a pear shaped ball at each node. If you in fact get more than one of these balls , with no pistils then your plant is a male. GL
