Out of about 4 times, twice got taken by homeland security, twice got the beans. You don't even have to look at the envelope, if it has the green tape on it your money is gone. I also wonder if they put your address in a database and then run it because they have taken seeds before. Anyway, I am going to see what happens this time but if the green tape shows up I'm ordering from canada even if it costs more. And I never order any expensive seeds. With the amount of times your order gets taken, it's bad enough to lose $50, much less hundreds.
