well cidly, you growin outdoors and till july the 21st or so the daylighthours won't become less, so if you don't alter those with somekind of blind keepen light away for gettin a 12/12 enviroment it will be some more days till flowering will set in
by the way, how do you know that this is a female, fem. seeds?
and you know the strain you grow there, on first sight it looked like a ruderalis to me which would e odd to grow for our common reasons here.
