I wouldn't recommend taken with alcohol You could get away with taken 2 or 3 and be really fucked up and try to "Ride it out" try not to fall asleep, You'll feel as if your glued to the couch.im 6'4 220lbs and 3 will do it to me Hell i've even taken 13 before when my grandpa died I dont remember much I slept for 2 days straight. Ive never had Heroin withdrawls.... I have Terrible anxiety and perscribed them, I would say take 2 at a time til their gone..
