Do they mean to say that the colleges have been functioning in Iraq? Why the next thing you know, the NY Times will be reporting that businesses are functioning, little kids are going to school, the electricity is on and that the majority of Iraqi citizens want us to stay. Why, its getting so you can't believe a damn word the NY Times prints anymore.
