Yeah, use it, it's good for them. It's not a NPK fertiliser it's more like a growth stimulator for the plant as well as the soil microbes. It also helps relieve stress at transplanting time. I use Maxicrop Seaweed Extract at a rate of about 0.5 mil per Litre (2-2.5mil per gallon) for both foliar feeding and root feeding, but I don't know how yours differs from mine in it's concentration.

Use it when you repot and once a week or so as a foliar spray.
