I just can't imagine why anyone would call 911...especially the cops, you'd think they'd have some sort of training or at least be slightly knowledgeable about the drug..i mean i've been stoned off my ass before but was still aware of the fact that i wasn't gona die...he probably stole some poor guy bud and decided to smoke it, and some higher power decided to smite his ass

here's our cop who stole someones weed he got real fucked up and decided to freak he called 911 and they laughed at his ass . Then came the news that he was a dumb ass he shoulda just stuck to hitten the bong bitch got burned that's the end of this song
