day 9

I removed the mylar from the top of the res, that stuff was getting so annoying when ever i went to open the res top. Made lots of noise and just got in the way so i removed it.

On day 6 i decided to put full strength nutes due to the fact that the leaves were yellowing, i even gave full strength to the little sprout that just started, they all seem to love it. Leaves are much greener now and larger.

Most plants are starting on their third and fourth set of leaves, yet i see no visible roots. I have 6" net pots maybe thats why. I see a lot of people here use smaller net pots and get roots popping out so fast. I only see roots on one of my plants and they are not yet well developed

That leads me to the question, how come the foilage is growing great, and looks great, yet there are no visible roots?.

Still haven't hooked up chiller, haven't needed it yet. I recieved a bulb i bought from HTG supply, it was crap, it was really bright the first day or two then it went to about half its stated lumens, so i went back to my lovely SUNMASTER MH

the soil plant is doing great, this morning i watered it with a big of EJ catalyst and Super Thrive, you can see the leaf that was growing has more luster

So a total of nine days since sprouts were put into DWC system, Three to four sets of leaves with roots barely showing. Any comments or suggestions to get those roots nice and long???
