When I start seedlings I leave space at the top to add dirt up to cotyledons (1st round leaves).. I'd really suggest you bump up to 2 X 26w CFL's on a Y splitter, and place plant in middle of Y..that cuts way down on Sir Stretch a Lots.. Try to pile up dirt (no rot worries), or support till it's a bit stronger..it may fix itself, but you'll probably end up repotting.... Get a fan blowing to strengthen stems...Luck.
