Need help with nutrentes

i need a shit load of help ok im starting my first grow not only for cfl's but first overall grow i need to know what i need to start my own grow here is a list of EVERYTHING I have please post tips if u can
1. grow box this is a wooden memory box
2. 4 seeds (had about 16 but lost 6 on the ground of my room somewhere
and lost 6 in a incomplete grow so i will retry
3. water, for water i am using water that comes in the big blue bottles
for a water perifier (i dont have money for a ph tester and i dont own 1
4. a garbage bag which i cut a curtain way and put in side of the wooden
memory box to block out light and a bit of odar control
5. soil i have some which i stole out of my parents flower pot i stole
approx enough to fill the pot im using (until transplant)
6. 2 cfl lights pluged into a duel light (from a fish tank light system)
the cfls have i bleieve 13watts each and are the same as 60 watt
normal lights or so they look the lights give off 2700k each
i am wondering if this is good for 1-3 plants?
7. a hole in the top of the memory box for ventalaion (approx. 1cm in
diameter(i will also open the box a couple times during the running time
8. reflectors on the two cfls (easy to know what it is)
what else would i need? do u need nutrentes to make a plant survive i dont have any money or transportantion to the store for nutes could i complete a plant from seed - flower without nutes? and i need any info to help my grow
