Default Meditation Posture
I have been recently attempting to meditate. I try and focus on just my breathing. I sit with my legs crossed comfortably and try and keep my spine straight. However, when I become extremely relaxed and my breathing slows, I tend to fall forward and I get very hunched over and it is uncomfortable. What should I do?
