We used to make gravity bongs. You cut the bottom off of a 3 litre bottle, fill up a 5 gallon water bucket, make a bowl out of foil for the 3 litre. Then you submerge the 3 litre up to its neck in the bucket, place the full bowl in its place, the put fire to it and pull up on the 3 litre. The whole bottle fills with smoke. You remove the bowl, put your mouth on the 3 litre and push it back down into the water inhaling as much smoke as possible. It was very rare that I could handle the whole thing.
