if youre just looking for one piece EDIT(as suggested above) is a fairly decent place to go.

Hand Blown Glass Pipes, tobacco products and smoking accessories is a glass wholesaler. they have pretty much anything you can find in a headshop for rediculously low prices. the only problem is that you have to spend over $150 AND order 12 items. that being said im sure you know a couple friends who wouldnt mind going in on it with you and you could all get a couple pieces

also i saw that you were looking for a bubbler. i have no experience with this shop so i cant really vouch for them(ive heard good things about the other 2) but they have some really nice looking bubblers so i thought you might want to check them out as well
