Well, glad to see you're "honest" But seems there were a few unlike you. In defense of the ignorant home purchasers, I really doubt one out of a hundred reads all that paperwork they sign at escrow, I didn't. I trusted the person that was selling me the house and his representatives, the brokers, but I'd never have agreed to a progressive loan for any reason, If I couldn't afford the home, I'd not buy it. I have owned 7 homes in my life and always used a realtor. I don't think I'd use one again, not for the crook reasons but for the money reasons, 6% of 300,000 is 18,000, thats way too much to pay a realtor IMHO.
