Your humidity is fine. You never want to be at 60% RH. The optimum humidity range for the vegetative phase is 40%-60%, but you never want to be at 60%. 45%-50% is the "sweet spot" for the vegetative phase. When you move into the flowering/bloom phase, you want to drop the humidity down below 40%, ideally you want it at 35% (for flowering).

Like I said before, you should be misting every day just prior to the dark period. I like the way you alternate between nutes and fresh water; I think that's a good idea. If you can, try to get some more pics of the problem(s). Multiple shots from different angles under good lighting would be great.
