Thrips are taking over

So I had thrips.
I tried to take care of them with bugs.
I put predator mites in, and the nematode things in the soil.
It's been almost a week and it seems things are getting worse.
I have blue sticky traps in the cabinet but have only noticed a few getting caught!
I still see them flying around and they are murdering some of my leaves!
I'm getting worried they are giong to destroy my plants.
What should I do
