I decided the best treatment would be rapid pH shifting, and neem, combined with lots of rinsing, as I had no 35% H2O2. I made a few dunks of solution at ph 2.4, 6.8, and 11.5. I dunked the vegetaion in the acid, then the neutral, then the base, then the neutral, and swished around for 30 seconds each. I then left the whole cutting, plug and all, it a neem solution with an airstone for 10 minutes. Then I placed into the now sterilized tray and covered with a dome. Only half of these made it past a week, but those that did showed immediate improvement, while those that didn't declined rapidly. I'm sure this stressed the plants, and I prefer gradual changes, but I was not letting molds and fungi in my chambers. No signs of either showed after this treatment, and no leaf loss or burn occured on the ones that lived.
