you dont need a permit to buy it from the store in most states but you will have to go get it after you buy it.

or go get it off the street bra. edit just read you scared so theres no other way for you, you can order offline and go fill out info at your local gun dealer so you can get it.

Regardless you will have to do one or the other bra.
